BE Group, new customer of Axxos Production Downtime

BE Group in Malmö, Norrköping, Turku and Lahti has chosen to install Axxos Production Downtime on 12 machines. Axxos Stop Monitoring will be installed on Reinforcement Cutting and Bending machines, Flame and Plasma cutting, Blasting and painting lines and Cut off Sawing machines.

"We are introducing BE Group Operation System, which is our Management system based in Lean principles and tools. We are introducing the system to systematically work towards Operational Excellence with the objective to deliver Excellent Service to our customers.

With help of Axxos Production Downtime will we measure stop times and OEE ratio. The statistics will be the foundation in development work to continuously improve our quality, delivery performance, lead times and efficiency, this is important for us in the development phase we are facing right now " - Says Dan Gustafsson, Vice President Production at BE Group.
