Gunnebo Troax in Hillerstorp new user of Axxos- Production Downtime

Thorough evaluation

Gunnebo Troax have after an thorough evaluation chosen to install Axxos Production Downtime on 12 machines in their production. The system will visualize key figures from the production and be a central tool in their continuous improvement. With the help of 30 standard reports, that is included in the system, Troax personel will be able to study what distractions happen every day and why. In the system the operators have the opportunity to write a comment on each individual distraction/stop. They are also able to complete it with a suggestion how that distraction can be avoided in the future.

Troax is the European leading supplier of indoor iron protectors. Their web fence is used for protection around machine cells in factories or as property protectors in basement areas of apartment buildings.

Visualization of key figures on TV screens

To be able to visualize what is currently happening in the production Axxos will install 7 42” flat screen TVs on strategic positions in the factory. Availability, produced units and OEE value for day, week and month will be visualized on these screens.

Close connection to the MPS system

To be able to link real production times with number of discarded products is something that is becoming more and more important. Therefore Axxos system will work connected to Troax MPS system. Troax MPS system has an extensive order handling which makes automatic reporting to Axxos Production Downtime a possibility. Therefore Troax don’t have to handle orders or batches manually in Axxos.
